The second in the Foundation Series, this class will touch on the spiritual disciplines of personal devotion, reading the Word, prayer, worship, fellowship, etc. The lessons will help believers respond to God’s call to an ever-deepening communion and wholeness in Christ – as an individual, as members of a life-group and as part of a congregation.

Basic Bible Doctrines
Doctrines are teaching relating to the truth about God which is essential to build a strong biblical foundation in believers. For far too long, Christians think that doctrines are impractical, stodgy and relatively useless. We cannot obediently hear God speaking if we turn away from His doctrines. Doctrines must be taught in order to fill our lives with stability and grace. The doctrines of the gospel are meant to mould us so our lives begin to ‘set’ in the likeness of Christ.

Personal Evangelism
“Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit ” – Matthew 28:19
As disciple makers, we should be passionate about making the Gospel known to others. Be inspired and equipped to more effectively demonstrate and present the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ and disciple others to do the same.
Course Content
- Course duration: 8 weeks (1½ hours per class) not including OJTs (On-the-Job-Training). Students will have to carry out 2 sessions of OJTs off lesson at their own time. They will arrange with their respective trainers to do the OJTs. Each OJT will last between 30-60 minutes.
- Course format: Mix of in-person and video lessons to be carried out online via Zoom.
